How to Prepare Amazonian Gold

- Heat 6-8 oz of filtered water to just below boiling (~190°F). Choose your water/cacao ratio based upon your preferred texture and intensity.

- Measure 35g (about 1/4 cup) of Legacy Cacao.

- OPTIONAL: Measure 1-2 teaspoons of organic ghee or coconut oil. (Our favorites are Goddess Ghee or Radiant Life Coconut Oil)

- Come into full presence. Breathe. Feel your golden roots reach deep into the energetic center of the Earth. Allow the cacao to bring fortification back up through those roots into your core. Feel the pulse of the jungle. Listen, then weave your prayers and intentions.

- Cacao is a 4-Element plant that requires oxygen to fully activate. Mix and aerate the ingredients together in a high-powered blender (e.g. Vitamix) for approximately 30 seconds until a thick chocolate head forms. Pour into your favorite mug.

- Adorn your cacao with a drizzle of your most beloved honey, and a sprinkle of Andean salt.
